Prelude:

”Raelinne.. Raelinne.. Come inside at once!”her mothers voice broke the spell the young girl had been absorbed in watching the dragon hawk in its graceful dance on the very air around it. The little girl sighed as she reluctantly got up off the grassy knoll she had been lying on and grimaced slightly at the grass stains on the knees of her trousers. Ma would not like those stains on new trousers.
Picking up her tiny bow and practice arrows she sent a wistful glance at the dragon hawk and thought, “someday you will be mine.”
